Alphonso Mango Puree
Konkan is in the south western state of India, Maharashtra, on the western sea coast. With its latrite red coloured soil and rocks, heavy rains during 4 months (June – September) of the year followed by humid tropical climate with drought like situation throughout the remaining months of year, makes it an ideal area that can grow a good quality tropical fruit like the Alphonso mango. Ratnagiri is an ideal centre that can harvest the world famous Alphonso mangoes. Our main source of Alphonso is from a farmer group from this heartland of Indian Alphonso mangoes.
